broken luggage at the airport travelling via air Mauritius
Travel from Capetown to Mauritius On arrival in Mauritius, my bag was broken in , did have another bag in the first bag, both bags was broken in, 1 bag they broke the zip and the second bag they broke the lock , now they want to pay me peanuts for replacement, which will not be able to purchase 2 bags

As am in Mauritius where will I find the purchase receipt
And need to travel on Saturday to Capetown with a broken luggage or I must buy myself a new bag at my own cost.
Please when you book through Air Mauritius please carry your bags receipt, and am not claiming for lost items, only claiming for my broken luggage.

Now air Mauritius is asking for my purchase receipt ,
