AIRMAURITIUS - UNPROFESSIONAL & ************ Values!

Good Afternoon I was scheduled to fly from DBN to MAURITIUS with my wife - once the virus was very volatile - I requested the airline to cancel my trip a week in advance of my travel date the 22nd MAR 2020. I have been emailing & calling their toll-free helpline ***without any feedback regarding my refund. I'm merely tired and frustrated as a client trying to get any PROFESSIONAL assistance from an airline who is in fact *****ING from its Clients. I'm very sure that I'm NOT the only one who is having such difficulty in getting their refunds. I'm not interested in having a ticket open for the next 2 years or whatever else they are offering their clients - as that itself is them differing to pay the Clients - that is fact as I SAY ... ITS *****ING !!!! They don't even deserve the 1 star I will NEVER deal with this airline in the future under any circumstances.
