Airmarituis

I have booked ticket to airmarituis via travel check and air travel due to COVIT 19 the flight was counsel. this happened in 2020 January airmarituis promised to refund my money back to me, hand I have paid R33.000 for 4 ticket for me and my family, My name is Vincent, till now nothing has been refunded to me its 2022 now still waiting for my refund and I'm now unemployed so I need my money for my family needs . please help .
