Air Mauritius/ Travelchech

Air Mauritius and Travelchech have not paid my money back yet, they have been promising to pay since from 2020, an amount of R33.000 that I have paid in cash to travel to Mauritius with my family for holidays due to COVIT 19 my Flight was council and they promise to give my money back. till now (02/10/1022) nothing. they are sending me from pillar to post pillar to post, is this how they treat their customer ? I need my money back please help. ( Nkosinathi Mazibuko) is my name .
