Air Mauritius poor Refund

Reading the other reviews on Air Mauritius It is obvious that they do have a strategy to try and not refund cancelled flights. We had to cancel some flights (R88,000.00) and done it within all the guidelines via e-mail, phone and completing the online claims forms. Not once to date have they bother to respond on our e-mails. Despite various phone calls we have still not received any call back as promised. I should have read the reviews on their poor refunds before purchasing tickets. Please try an avoid the use of such an airline. Not sure if this review will change anything. It comes down also to poor management by their board. The "values" they post as part of the board's obligations is obviously not present.
