Pathetically slow WIFI
This is the second time I'm writing a review here on this platform. My problem has still not been resolved. I've complained over slow and lagging WIFI for a year and nothing has been done about it. Everytime I get told I should plug out the black box for about 5 mins or so and plug it in and the problem will be solved. LIES!!
it's ridiculous that this has been going on for so long and yet AIR BROADBAND have not had a problem with my paying for close to useless internet service.
