The response from the Aidcall team was exemplary, from my initial contact to receiving the device and getting to know the finer details of its operation. As a single 80 year old pensioner doing a lot of traveling around South Africa in my camper van, it gives me as well as my close relatives piece of mind, knowing that I am constantly been “ watched” by the 24/7 team.
