No refund, no item

I purchased a clutch kit for a Ford on 24 July 2026 at Rylands branch. I was fortunate enough not to need the item and then to return the item. I was informed that a 10% handling fee would be deducted. Till today I have not seen a single cent and the item was over R1500. I would like to know why I have not received a refund and if they weren't able to refund why they took the item
