Horrible service and treatment at the hands of rafik manager

Horrible service at Randburg AHK from the abusive ****** so-called manager named Rafik and wife ****ya, rude and arrogant abusive even to salesman. Iv been a regular at that place for over 3-4 years now, the best service from the salesman but the way the rafik guy treats ppl is absolutely uncalled for.My husband and I have suffered in the hands of that man rafik and ****ya, jus yesterday my hubby was there and the treatment was horrible we have his recordings swearing, calling us names like ******s all because he asked a simple question. Deal with the rafik guy please
