AHK Motor Spares Mitchell plain

Hi there about 4 months ago i baught spark plugs for my mini cooper s 2007 model wich i paid R450. My car was at the machanic at the time. When i got the machanic and he had a look at the spark plugs it was said it the wrong plugs. I then drove the very next day to ahk motor spares in mitchaels plain where i bort the plugs from the salesman/manager then ask me if he can get the plugs for me becoz they dont have in stock at the same price i said ok. Then buy the ti. E the plugs arrived my machanic already bort plugs for my car because he had to get the car fixed i then went to ahk i never collected the plugs as yet then the manager told me i cnt get a refund for the plugs because it was a special order which i paid for in cash and wrong plugs was given to me in the first place. The manager then told me what he can do is swop it out for smething else to the same value i said ok bt i dnt need anything at the time two weeks went by i then went back to ahk beause i needed a sensor the manger then told me that i cnt swop it out i then explain the situation to a diferent manager he took the plugs from me told me he is going to c wat he can do his going to give me a call the plugs are still in the packaging it has been over 3 months now and my plugs are still at ahk i never received a phone call or even a sms i never put my foot back there again this is by far the worst experience i ever had i would rather buy my spares at gold wagen
