Theft at the Rex Knysna

Never stay here. This hotel has terrible guest hospitality. My wedding band, engagement ring, and earrings were ****** from my hotel room. The lacklustre responsiveness of the staff was unbelievable. I have been gaslit by the manager saying I misplaced it elsewhere. This has been beyond infuriating. I have clear recall of where I placed it in the room and when I returned after I realised I didn’t have it with me all the items were gone. I did not misplace items that are so precious to me. It was an extremely traumatising experience. Even on the day i felt as if they didn’t believe me and I couldn’t shake why I was being treated that way. I reported it to the police to investigate the matter. I am beyond disgusted.
