We contracted AGS South Africa to move us from Johannesburg, South Africa to Cork Ireland in Feb of 2025. Of the many movers we could have chosen I am disappointed that we didn't try and find another one as AGS is by some measures pretty poor. Not only did we have to chase them for actions and updates on a regular basis they communicated so poorly once our container arrived we have find out ourselves where the additional unloading helping was arriving. Secondly, their responses to an issue with our rental property in South Africa has very badly managed with AGS refusing to follow up on help they themselves offered to provide. At all costs find another mover if you can.
