I would have really liked to leave a better review as the actual moving and the team that moved us were incredible. However after all the admin, the post move- customer service really is atrocious. We insured our goods for 150000 which included a pc valued at 20000. As we unpacked, we noticed that the pc cooler which was packed separately but put in the same box to the value of 1400 was damaged. I lodged the claim a few days later along with a claim for a mirror which I got for my wedding. A month later after several back and forths and nagging for feedback, I get told the cooler won't be covered because we packed our own boxes. Why did they allow us to pay insurance if packing your own boxes, voids the insurance?? It also took the administrator a month to come with this excuse? So be aware that I'd you pack your own boxes because you don't want strangers to do it, yoh won't be insured, (apparently) even though they accept the insurance payment!! I still don't have feedback on the mirror either. Wonder what excuse they are working on for that one
