WORST MEDICAL INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!

Worst medical insurance EVER! All my claims was a terrible experience everyday was a struggle for them to pay out. They have a 14 business day policy but all my claims took longer, one claim took 3 months to be paid! They have poor service. Took my daughter to the emergency room, couldn't get hold of any AGS Health number not even the emergency number had to pay everything out of my pocket and then it took them almost 2 months to pay me back. Had my wisdom teeth removed as an emergency and the doctor did give a letter and they just declined my claim without tanking a doctor's medical emergency into account. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Do not use AGS HEALTH!
