Worst experience

Would never EVER recommend this insurance to anyone. The are the worst. You keep paying them and whe it comes to a claim, they do not pay anything back. The service is also up to ****! I have proof of all the emails sent and phone calls no one returns. We were given the incorrect info to go to a hospital for my father to me admitted, only to find out half through everything done at the hospital that was referred to go to, they do not take this insurance and nothing will be paid. Sadest is that I phoned the consultant 3 times to make sure of the hospital to go to. Now it is a huge fight on who is going to pay the bill. Everyone keeps apologizing and is sorry for the inconvenience and they will get back to us. It is more than a month that we are still struggling with them. Alll money paid for nothing!!!!!
