Pathetic service????????????

Why cant ags health not help me? The phone no. tells me there office hours is from whenever to whenever. I cannot find any doctors on the mobi app for Kempton Park?? The lady I spoke to says I must just go in to my doctor. My doctors says they have no one in accounts on a Saturday so I have to pay cash.????? Who has got cash now in this economical year at this time of the month??? That is why I changed medical because there is always an issue?? I said to the lady they must phone my doctors but she did not say anything?????????????? It is difficult for me to go on a weekday that is why I need to go in on a Saturday.??????????????????????I have spend the whole Friday on the phone now somebody will phone me back at 13h00 it is now13:15????????????????Nobody phoned me yet???????????????????How can 1 struggle like this??????????????
