I've rep**** to an advert on Facebook Re AGS, and received a call from Gabbi. My phone's network cut out and she couldnt get hold via call, however she persisted, we eventually talked. She explained the policy it's waiting periods in detail, and was very attentive, making sure I understand everything she was asking as well as being very respectful and tactful in her questioning. I can recommend her 100%.
