I have been dealing with Gianni since July 2025 for my medical aid requirements. He has been so patient and efficient and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He answered all our questions professionally and never gave up on me. Today we finalised our Medical Aid with AGS and if the experience with Gianni is anything to go on, I look forward to our journey with AGS. If it wasn't for Gianni being so pleasant and insistent I would have probably gone with another provider.
