Extreme poor customer service!

Extremely disappointing experience with AGS. They failed to cover my mother’s mastectomy, hip surgery, and hip replacement, despite the seriousness and medical necessity of these procedures. The lack of support during such a critical time has been incredibly distressing for our family.

What made matters worse was the rude and dismissive customer service from Vanessa and Bobby. Instead of empathy or clear explanations, we were met with poor communication and an unhelpful attitude.

I would not recommend AGS to anyone expecting reliable coverage or compassionate service during major medical events.
