Disgusting Service

Is it possible to give less that a single Star??? Well if it were possible to give a negative star rating I would. A while back I requested from a sales person to contact me. He did, via Whatsap, but failed to follow up with a call - twice. Yes, he eventually said that he was writing exams...MMM. Then he said someone else would contact me. Well, yes number 2 did actually call, however, I then committed the ultimate sin - I requested an email with all the details. The sales person said "sure" and promised to call the following day. Well, no email and no follow up call. I can just imagine if I were to actually take a policy out with this company... and if I were to put in a claim - I can only but guess as to how long it would take them to respond!!!! And they say Affinity Health is bad!!! So I contacted guy one, who promised a email...MMM let's see if that really happens. I doubt it!!! My advice...steer clear...!!!
