Cancelled Policy

I Have cancelled my policy on the 07th December 2020 but still they did not send me confirmation that my policy has been cancelled, I made numerous phone calls to get an email address where I can send my cancelation but to no avail, today I was told to submit my cancellation to *** but my emails keep on bouncing back, lets hope that they will receive it and not take my money month end. this has been a frustrating experience.
