AGS Health - DO NOT JOIN THEM

On the 15th of June I had a asmtha attacked and drove myself to hospital. I submit the claim asap when I went back to work. AGS Health asked me for a invoice with the correct codes on. Correct procedure codes and I got the hospital to send me one asap. They never reply to my mail. I send a follow up email and no reply. . Then in July plus minus the 20th they phone me to ask for a doctors account. They said they will phone and asked for it. Then I heard nothing. I send a mail on the 2nd of Aug to find out how far are the claim only to be informed on the 3rd of Aug they are not going to settle a sent of a R1800. 00 claim because I did not get a authorization number. Why did they wait a month and a half before thet gave me this answer.
