RE: CONCERNS REGARDING INVESTMENT REPRESENTATIONS, SHAREHOLDER COMMUNICATION, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS

I am writing as a concerned shareholder and member of the public regarding my experience after purchasing shares in Agilitee.

At the time of my investment, shareholders were presented with information suggesting the potential for growth, shareholder value, and future dividend opportunities. However, despite numerous communications over an extended period, I have not received any dividends or clear explanations regarding shareholder returns.

In addition, I have observed developments that have caused significant concern among investors and community members, including:

• Closure of several retail branches previously associated with the business. • Relocation from former office premises and changes to operational structures. • Continued promotion and onboarding of new shareholders despite unresolved concerns raised by existing shareholders. • Reports from individuals who state they purchased franchise opportunities but have allegedly not received the expected franchise allocations or support.

These concerns have resulted in growing frustration among shareholders and community members who invested their hard-earned money in good faith.

I respectfully request that the relevant authorities investigate:

1. The representations made to shareholders regarding dividends and shareholder returns. 2. The current financial and operational status of the company. 3. Compliance with applicable consumer protection, company, investment, and franchise regulations. 4. The handling of shareholder communications and disclosures. 5. Any complaints submitted by investors, franchise purchasers, or affected community members.

The purpose of this letter is not to make legal conclusions but rather to request an independent review of the facts and circumstances surrounding these concerns.

Many investors seek transparency, accountability, and clear communication regarding the status of their investments.

I therefore ask that the appropriate regulatory, consumer protection, and corporate governance bodies assess these matters and determine whether any further action is required.
