Good Day, We got into a scooter business with MANDLA LAMBA last year August called AGILITEE, and right now everything just feels like a ****. Agreement was pay R38 700 and in return you will receive a brand new scooter, we will get a driver for you and we will be working and making deliveries because he already has contracts with Debonairs etc etc and pay you weekly payments and minimum is R855. As soon as money was received on his end which we paid on the 12th of August 2025 (wow and its almost a full year) our contract was suppose to follow and none of that happened, but there were just stories and stories weekly as to why we not receiving our weekly payments, if its not drivers being drunk, looking for new drivers then there would be no communication until my husband was fed up and spoke to him and he just transferred a mere R857 on the 22nd of October (1st Payment since August). There was silence after that again and we would nag and beg him until he sent and other R855 on the 19th of December (2nd Payment). After that he went to China forgot about us that he wasn't paying and starting advertising SHARES that people needed to start buying, we carried on questioning him and in February he sent a stupid message about how he was going to pay us R7281 by the end of the month, next we know the number is off, he is unreachable. So we have no contract so obviously there are no contact numbers, that's when i went to his Facebook and found that he is now CEO Of TREADWAY, i got an email address there, at first they did not respond up until i threatened to go public and that's how i received a contact number, they told me i should call JAY and yes i got assisted by Jay, she sent me claim forms cause i told her, we want out of the business cause everything was a lie. We completed the forms, sent them back with supporting documents that they had asked on the 31st of MAY 2026. Apparently claim takes 30 to 60 days to receive your money, so throughout these 60 days i would always remind this JAY lady to please follow up with accounts cause i did not want any problems end of July, came end of July, Jay promised to get back to me as she wanted to check on my payment, she did not, instead MANDLA LAMBA sent R5000 thinking he would shut us up. Ever since then they not taking any of our calls and not responding to any messages, whole week NO COMMUNICATION NOTHING, YET HE KEEPS POSTING EVERYDAY. I write on his posts, he deletes all my messages. MANDLA PAY BACK OUR R31 988 TODYA

To Whom It May Concern, FORMAL LETTER OF COMPLAINT AND REQUEST FOR INVESTIGATION RE: CONCERNS REGARDING INVESTMENT REPRESENTATIONS, SHAREHOLDER COMMUNICATION, AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS I am writing as a concerned shareholder and member of the public regarding my experience after purchasing shares in Agilitee. At the time of my investment, shareholders were presented with information suggesting the potential for growth, shareholder value, and future dividend opportunities. However, despite numerous communications over an extended period, I have not received any dividends or clear explanations regarding shareholder returns. In addition, I have observed developments that have caused significant concern among investors and community members, including: • Closure of several retail branches previously associated with the business. • Relocation from former office premises and changes to operational structures. • Continued promotion and onboarding of new shareholders despite unresolved concerns raised by existing shareholders. • Reports from individuals who state they purchased franchise opportunities but have allegedly not received the expected franchise allocations or support. These concerns have resulted in growing frustration among shareholders and community members who invested their hard-earned money in good faith. I respectfully request that the relevant authorities investigate: 1. The representations made to shareholders regarding dividends and shareholder returns. 2. The current financial and operational status of the company. 3. Compliance with applicable consumer protection, company, investment, and franchise regulations. 4. The handling of shareholder communications and disclosures. 5. Any complaints submitted by investors, franchise purchasers, or affected community members. The purpose of this letter is not to make legal conclusions but rather to request an independent review of the facts and circumstances surrounding these concerns. Many investors seek transparency, accountability, and clear communication regarding the status of their investments. I therefore ask that the appropriate regulatory, consumer protection, and corporate governance bodies assess these matters and determine whether any further action is required. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Yours faithfully, --- Name: Thabiso Shareholder / Concerned Investor
