Terrible service

<p>I was contacted by AG Cellular about 3 weeks ago. They offered me a good deal on a new contract. Being an existing customer i wanted to stay loyal to the brand. I accepted the new contract and was told by the agent that i will receive my package within 2 weeks. I called in today to find out where is my package. I was greeted by a lady named Thembi who was very rude and unhelpful. All she kept saying is that it was supposed to be delivered last week but it was not dispatched. She could not give me an answer. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that even if i speak to the manager nobody will be able to assist me. This is absolutely ridiculous. How can i accept this as the reason. She did not know how to assist me and kept telling me nobody can assist me. I then called back and went through to the logistics department. I was told that they will put me through to the customer relations manager( Cant remember her name. ) I was on hold for more than 5 minutes and then i finally cut the call. I have been with AG Cellular for more than 3 years. This is not acceptable</p>
