Poor customer service

<p>I got a contact with AG mobile and my phone were ****** then I ask for a SIM swap where by AG cutomer care told me I must pay R150.00 rand for it and I did so then I send proof of payment and I phone them to confirm that they did recieved the proof and they acknowleged that the did recieved it and that they will send me the new SIM card and in the mean while I did changed adresses and try to contact them with out any success the e-mail adresses and phone numbers on there web page does not work. My payment still went off every month for something I cannot use because of the poor service of AG mobile . If I stop payment maybe than they will react.</p>
