My son was contacted by an agent telephonically and told him that he qualified for a certain make and model mobile phone. He agreed and mobile phone was delivered via courier, and it was not the model that was agreed on when he contacted the call centre they said that the contract had been finalized and could not be returned. He did not even activate the sim card.
