false promises

the company AG cellular calls and make promise for a cellphone deal. but go through the whole deal and i gave them my banking details but then they tell me i have a cellular from some other company which i dont know of. when i call them on a number of times and then they tell me my details dont show. this is really spam and people should watch out for companies that call you and make a contract and they dont deliver
