Excellent customer service

I would like to sincerely give my gratitude to the most helpful lady Lauren. It looks like AG Mobile is not all talk and no action. They really do care and appreciate their clients, in which way other companies should learn to do from AG Mobile.<br> <br> The almost instant response from Lauren initially pacified me. I was and still am impressed with how they handled my query and will continue to do business with them as this is a way not only customers but people should be treated.<br> <br> Of the 2 of my 3 phones that have been damaged 1 has already been replaced and the other is underway, all within a few days of being in connect with Lauren, who stayed in contact with me every step of the way. I recommended this brand to anyone who is looking to purchase and I do see myself doing more business with this company, with the simple reason that I know I will not be let down my AG Mobile.<br> <br> Thanks once again.
