Took my money and refusing to courrier my order

I placed an order with Afrobotanics' website under order number Order AFB1025 on 6 December 2022. Till today the have not bothered to ship out my order! They have not responded to my emails and when they arent ignoring whatsapp messages, they are lying and saying they will send tracking number! to no avail! Just *******!!!
