YOU DON'T GET WORST THAN THIS!!! FURIOUS

My mom was contacted to take out a contract where you get two phones and each phone comes with a Verimark voucher. The phones were active for one month and then the line got suspended, for what reason I don't know. The vouchers was not activated at all and it cannot be done instore only through these unhelpful consultants who takes no ownership of your query and does not call you back as promised. Going into a normal Vodacom store does not help you either as they can only see the reference number of this contract.

My mom made manual payment, thinking that it could be the reason why her account is blocked, however two weeks later phone still suspended, no communication what so ever. This is by far the worse company I've ever dealt with in my life. My mom is now paying for a phone which is useless to her.

One would say Afrizone Communications is a planet on it's own and trying to get hold of them you would need to take a ship into space.
