Vodacom contracts Upgraded without my knowledge or consent

I was offered vodacom contracts by afrizone in 2016 and 2017...parcels were delivered and billing happened since then. But to my surprise, all my contracts were upgraded without my consent and knowledge. I called vodacom to try and cancel them but they told me I have to cancel through Afrizone but every time I call them, there's no answer. I'm tired and I think I will have to cancel all contracts I have with vodacom. I mean how can they allow such to happen
