Vodacom and afrizone ruined my plans

I got a call from afrizon a vodacom partner offering me the phone that I initially app**** for, but when me and the sales lady didn't reach an agreement I told her I'm not interested she said she will call me back which she never did. Today I went to a cellphone shop to try and get a contract phone and I was told that afrizon vodacom still has an open quote on my name thus I can't do anything about that. I'm so angry at vodacom because I urgently need a phone and when I try to call them to close the open quote they giving me the run around.
