Unhappy

I was called on the 13th of January 2025 I took the contract under them under Mtn line, they delivered 2 wrong phones. Now when You call the *** no the lady is so rude she just puts you on the other line where you hold until the line cuts off, I went yo mtn Middelburg mall they say they can't assist we should never take phones online. I took the phone since they said they were from mtn. I can't tell who is more rude afrizon or Mtn South Africa.
