The worst service ever

I just called your contact centre twice, each time i had to hold on form close the 30 minutes and on both occassions I was cut off. Your consultants are good and calling when they want to sell but they are pathetoc when it comes to delivery. I also be giving MTN a headsup about what a terrible service your offer to their potential customers.
