Terrible service from Afrizonr

I got a call from an Afrizone consultant on the 18th of August informing me that my vodacom contract was due for an upgrade, I chose a phone and extended my contract, I was then told that I will receive my phone within 5 working days, it is now the 29th and I haven't received my phone, I have called them several times and I get sent from pillar to post with no help! Sometimes the phone just rings unanswered. It's ridiculous!
