Terrible service at afrizone

I got a call from Afrizone who introduced themselves as from Vodacom and offered me a laptop contract which I duly agreed to. At application stage I gave them my parents address for delivery purpose as I am mostly away.It has been two weeks waiting.Cannot get through their call centre and on the odd occasion that I did, the lady put the phone in my ears when I demanded to speak to someone senior .What is more terrifying is that Vodacom itself cannot reach Afizone on their lins
