Really bad service

I got a contract from Afrizon in December 2016. Ever since then I have tried to activate my Gift Card. When I call I get no answer I have emailed several times with no response. Now I am worried the voucher might expired before it has been activated. This is so unprofessional and we are really being ****med by this company.
