NEW CELLPHONE CONTRACT

I accepted a contract on Wednesday the 11th of February through Afrizon Telecommunications for Vodacom. They told me that delivery takes 3 - 5 working days. I called ***, 5 times yesterday to follow up on the order because I have not yet received the package, there was no answer. This morning i phoned 2 times and still got no answer. This is very bad service and there is no communication from their side. I will NEVER take out a contract through them again. If i get billed for this contract that i have not yet received there is gonna be big trouble. Never experienced such bad service!!!!!
