Horrible customer service

Please do not take up any contracts with them. They are horrible. I would like to even cancel my contract and challenge for the funds i have already taken. Vodacom is ******* as well... how do they partner with a company and not evaluate their performance coz this gives them a bad name too. I am taking this matter to consumer affairs... terrible customer service...worst ever.
