Gift Cards

I app**** for a contract in May but only received the phones in June. I was given two gift vouchers. I called in to activate them and I was told it would be activated once first payment has been received. It's December now still the gift cards aren't activated after six or more payments. They call Centre takes 15 minutes to answer calls and they are always offline .
