**********ly taking money from my account

Hello Last year October a guy by the name of sabelo mthethwa offered me a router and I sent it back without even using it and also sent cancelation letter to Gina his manager that was very rude to me and they sent dsv to collect the router and now they are deducting the amount of R522 from my account without my permission please help me to get justice with this since this is ***** .I have sent emails to Gina now she is not responding to me .
