Good day,

An employee from Afrizone has committed ***** with my ID number and opened a contract under my name which I never asked for.

The agent by the name of Muziwoxolo Mgojo contacted me this morning and I advised him its not a convenient time to speak he should call me back.

The agent went an activated a contract without my consent and I received notification from Vodacom via sms.

I need this matter to be investigated as I am certain this agent commits ***** on a daily basis.

Please resolve this matter urgently
