Failure to port number

<p>Good day, I have an existing vodacom prepaid number. I signed up for a Samsung Z2 contract to move my number over from prepaid to vodacom. The phone was delivered with a new sim card and a new number. And everytime i call in( Spoke to Reitumetse Mo***eng) they keep telling me its not posible to use my old number. i am not willing to take a new number. Either i keep my number or they mus collect their phone and reund me and i will find a new service provider that will meet my needs.</p>
