Failed to deliver

I am deeply disappointed and distraught with my recent experience with Afrizon. I placed an order expecting reliable service, but they completely failed to deliver. Not only did my order not arrive, but I also received no proper communication or update on its status. I tried to follow up, but the customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive.

I trusted Afrizon to deliver on their promise, but they let me down completely. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I will seriously reconsider ever using their service again. I expected better.
