Complain

I have received a voucher from them when I bought my phone in 2022 which says voucher is valid for 3 years of purchase...... I than went to the store may 2023 wen the lady told me my voucher has expired I have been calling them ever since and sending emails but no response on emails and wen I call no one answers when they do they take me from pillar to post......
