Cold caller has a bad attitude

People always call for different reasons, so I tend to listen whats on offer, but if Im not interested, surely cold caller can have nice attitude and hang up, but if phone gets thrown down in your ear, how can the questions be asked why clients have little or no time for cold callers with offers... It offends me..
