bad service

I also got a call from Afrizone on the 23rd of october and got told Afrizone consultants will call and confirm the delivery address. Today its the 30th of October no call and still waiting. When l call them l get told they are offline. Its very bad service from them and l guess its how they operate because my treatment is exactly the same as the previous complaint l read.
