Good Day, My name is Darilyn, I recently took up a contract with Afrizone, The service that you I received from customer service consultant is pathetic, They done answer the phones, if they do they keep quiet or answer and then drop your calls, I have been trying to call the call centre since last Thursday and still no answer, This makes a person feel like this is a **** and will never recommend this company service to anyone, The call centre consultant that answered the phone told me that there is no one that can help me and dropped the call, I called back again and they answer but keep quiet and you can hear the other consultants laughing in the back round, Please can someone contact me or else cancel my application, Thanks
