Afrizon/Vodacom circus

Got cellphone contracts from Vodacom with a homemark voucher. Was supposed to get 2 vouchers only got 1. To get it activated is another huge problem. To find out how much is on the voucher is a huge problem. There is no homemark store in Port Elizabeth so even if I was successful in reedeming vouchers where could I use them? I called ********** 770 no answer. I call ********** 000 and no one can tell me anything about my so called voucher.
